Game Day Threads Return & Exchange Policy
At Game Day Threads, every item is made to order with care. Because many of our products are customized or produced specifically for each customer, we follow standard small‑business practices to ensure fairness and clarity.
Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items
• All custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items are final sale.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse on custom items.
• If there is an error on our end (misprint, wrong item, defect), we will gladly replace it at no cost.
Non‑Custom Items
• Non‑custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin production quickly, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
